During my deployment to the middle east I served as a sys admin and helpdesk
tech to the soldiers of 1AD and allied nations to help build and maintain tactical
communications in a combat zone. Responsibilities included-Providing first line IT
support to all incoming customers. Screening customer inquiry to properly
escalate issues to higher echelon. Utilized Microsoft Active Directory for account
creation, account audits, and providing folder permissions. Understanding,
facilitating, and proofreading form DD2875 (SAAR) process with service
members and Coalition/Foreign National Forces (i.e., FRA, GBR, CAN). Ensured
users are up to date with NIPR/SIPR compliance by verifying the completion of
DOD Cyber Awareness Training, ensuring users understand the Acceptable Use
Policy (AUP) and verifying Cross Domain Violation (CDV) training is valid.
Utilized remote desktop to assist customers with application installs, patch
updates (IAVA) and general troubleshooting. Repaired faulty desktops, laptops

my home and I have built my own desktop PC when I was still a kid. I enjoy
